MS, PLPC, NCC
I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University. Prior to receiving my Master’s degree, I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Since becoming a PLPC, I have gained experience in working with individuals with addiction disorders and mental health concerns of all kinds. My experience has been gained through individual, group, and family counseling. I have a collaborative approach to counseling. I work with and empower my clients to find the elements needed to bring about personal growth, hope, realization, and self-discovery. I believe that counseling is an empowering experience, and by working together on creating change and growth within my clients is the most rewarding part of my beloved profession.
